Storage Details:
– The fruit must be cleaned well from dirt, sooty mold, spraying residues and insects.
– Then coated with a layer of wax with preservatives to prevent the loss of aroma.
– Fruits are graded by size, color and other external features.
– Each package should be counted, weighed, packed and marked details of number of fruits, quality class, variety and origin.
– Stored until shipment in cold stores.
